Another year older, another year wiser (I think?).  I had an amazing birthday last week with my friends and family!  It was more like a birthday week with celebrations starting off in Thornbury with my Dad and his side of the family.  We had a nice dinner, ate cake, had a fire (s’mores obviously included) and some drinks.

My actual birthday was smack dab in the middle of the week and I basically just ate a lot of food all day and shopped a bit which was a dream day to be honest.  I had an amazing 2-hour long lunch at Westmount Golf Club with the boyfriend (Jon) and his Mom.

The highlight of my day was dinner at the Cambridge Mill, which sits right on the water.  I got all dressed up for the occasion, wearing the Take My Hand Wine Lace Shift Dress from Tobi which is an off-the-shoulder lace dress with big bell sleeves in the perfect shade of burgundy red.  I paired it with some block heels from Steve Madden and a light wool jacket from Aritzia because apparently Fall has arrived.

We enjoyed red wine and pizza while over looking the sunset (sounds cliche, I know).  Cheers to another happy and successful year.
