Welcome Back

I’m back with a new outfit post and another new blog layout which I am loving.  Currently, I am completely obsessed with anything floral or satin at the moment therefore this shirt had to make an appearance.  The top, from Forever 21 is actually my THIRD satin floral shirt, two of which are pyjama style if you can believe that.

I am loving bright colours and textures lately and have filled my closet with a lot of bright red, orange, yellow, velvet and mesh.  I am so over monochrome and neutrals at the moment.  I plan to incorporate a lot of colour into my fall wardrobe this year along with more textured items.  I think a piece of clothing with texture just makes it so much more interesting and more fashion-forward.

Because this top is pretty loud, like me, I paired it with some blue mom jeans from ASOS which I have been wearing the shit out of lately.  I am on the hunt for a few more pairs of vintage high-waisted jeans for fall.  I sincerely hope low rise jeans stay in 2004, because how else am I supposed to hide my food baby?  Although my shoes are MIA in these photos, I wore a pink suede block heel from Aldo and paired it with my Zac Posen Eartha bag to which I matched my lipstick.   Hope you enjoyed this look and stay tuned because there is more to come!   -Paige
